ok so i am really bad at this blog thing these days.... i am just going to throw some stuff around and see how it goes...

my cousin amy got married recently got married, here are some pics of her and her new hubby, brian. congrats guys!!!

the last time the four of us took a picture together was about 20 years ago......here is my sister, bri, me and my cousins amy and sheena. and i have to let everyone know bri is pregnant in this pic, she is due in mid sept.... we are having a girl!!!!! my cousin sheena is also expecting a little buddle of joy, she is due in december, photos to follow of the new arrivals.

here are all of the cousins (and spouses) from my mom's side of the family. i don't think we have ever taken a photo all together.

mark and i got to take the boys to disney this past may. it was a last minute trip that happened to come together quite nicely. we had a great time. the weather was perfect and the boys were good. here are a couple of pics from the week..

max was the artist of the day @ the restaurant at the resort. he was quite embarassed, they rang a big dinner bell and the entire restaurant was quiet as the waitress announced "max's status", i think he blushed.

a little bit of pre xmas cheer!

mark and i took the boys to edaville a few weeks ago unexpectedly but we had fun. kane got to go on his first rides at a fun park, his dad went with him... and with max

i got to go on the crazy rides with max-we had a blast!!! just a couple of shots from around the house

this is a new family pic. mom takes one every year for her xmas card so to some of you it might look familiar.

so we went to buttonwood a couple of weeks ago and had the boys do their first santa visit all together. so here are they are, jacoby (bri's little man, max and kane)

kane was too busy eating cookies to be bothered hanging out with santa. this kid can eat!!!!! he is like a garbage disposal... my boys with santa..and jacoby with santa. poor thing is just not feeling the goodness of the jolly fat man. so you know he got over it quickly!

and here is an updated pic of our nephews jeffrey and evan. they are getting big!!!

everything since july....

so it has been forever since the last post and a TON has happened so here we go........

Kane had his 1st birthday in september. we had a carnival with all the trimmings, balloon darts, ring toss, bean bag toss, etc.. here are just a few shots of the day. i'm going to try to add more in the near future-so many pics were taken that day and so many good ones, so stay tuned..

max had a birthday as well and turned 5 years old, which brought a pirate adventure with treasure chests, scavenger hunts and an egg toss. we had alot of fun with this one too!

we got to spend a day with marks family at the pumpkin patch and had a good time, hay rides and pumpkin picking. here is bek, (1 year post a double lung transplant and doing awesome!!!!) and grace, who is now about 21 months old

and here is crazy little jacoby, bri's little guy. he is about 16 months old and the cutest little stinker. he has the deepest, funniest laugh! it cracks me up every time i hear it.

a mark did his coaching thing again (which he fell into on accident this time around) he helped coach max's soccer team. these kids are a riot. they run their little hearts out and lose track of what net is their's but sooooo entertaining. they have come a long way this season! max is doing awesome, once his little legs get going, he is gone!! he is liking soccer alot but still says that he can't wait for t-ball.

max also started kindergarten this september. he likes it, seems like he is falling into it better the last few weeks. at first he would say it was boring and he wanted to sleep, but he is adjusting and getting so big!!! it makes me a little sad at times.

there was also a new addition to the family.... miss avery joyce came into the world a few weeks ago. she is my cousin randy's little girl-here she is with her mom/Jen, daddy and big brother aiden who says she smells like apple pie!!!

and most recently we got to celebrate HALLOWEEN-my favorite!!!! max was wolverine from the xmen and he had went to b-day party for his friend meadow. his first experience on roller skates. we could not get him to sit down long enough to have cake and ice cream, he loved it!! so i think there may be more roller skating in our future...
