it's been a while.... sorry!!!

ok so i cannot possibly catch up since the last entry, so i will start fresh, here is the lastest family photo it was taken at xmas...here is kane about a week ago, he is doing great. he is the opposite of his brother. very quiet and easy going. you don't even know if he is in the house half the time. he sleeps like a log and eats like a champ, he is a tank, if you couldn't tell from the cheeks.... he will be beating up his brother and cousins soon.. max is doing awesome with him. he loves him dearly and is so helpful with him.

this is a pic of max at his school xmas play. he was an angel, (of all things) he did a fantastic job. he did not budge the entire time, i wasn't sure if it was my kid or not. he sang and smiled and even got the hiccups-he was so nervous.

here are some group shots of all the cousins, this next one is only 1 of about 20, definitely a difficult task trying to get 6 kids to sit and smile at the same time. we might have to cut and paste them all together to get a solid shot or wait about a year.... these guys are all on marks side, jeffrey is holding kane,then evan is trying to keep grace still and gage is sort of with max. they are doing well and getting big. grace and gage just had their 1st birthday- we hear it was a good time, mark was sick so we stayed away, still sad we missed it.

these are the boys on my side with their pop-pop. jacoby is trying to steal kane's bink- a common occurrence. he is quite fascinated w/ kane, not quite sure what he is all about.

here is jacoby again with me. i like to call him chubby. isn't he the cutest????? he is doing great. he is crawling like a maniac and has started pulling himself up on things, he is 7 1/2 months right now. he gets in LOTS of trouble at home in his walker.. hee, hee!!!

a very busy fall season

so we have been pretty busy since the arrival of mr. kane which is why there have not been any new posts in QUITE A WHILE. sorry about that but i will attempt to catch up on them and then stay current -so here goes...

of course around here fall is a great time for harvest festivals. so we went to a few in the area and here are some moments.....

halloween was also quite the adventure this year, lots of running around and candy involved...we had a batman, a bat, an elf, dorothy and the cowardly lion. we also had a couple of wrestlers but i didn't get any pictures of them but they looked awesome (nice costumes evan and jeffrey).

there was batman aka max. pretty good super hero pose don't ya think???max and his sidekick, batbaby kane.our nephew jacoby, the cutest damn elf you will ever see, eat your heart out herbie.the twins, gage and grace or as you can see the cowardly lion and dorothy.and of course with halloween comes pumpkins.... max painted about half a dozen of them but these 3 were the masterpieces and as you can see he made himself into quite a work of art as well.

here are some newer pics of kane. he is currently 9 weeks old and has started laughing. he is sleeping about 6-7 hours through the night and is getting big, about 12 lbs now. he is bigger than his brother was at this age, so this one may take after mark. we'll see...i figure he can have some shots solo since they are hard to come by. (max jumps in whenever he hears the camara turn on)as i was looking through the pictures i had recently taken this next one looked very familiar and then i figured out why it looked so familiar.....

The arrival of Kane

mr. kane lucas aguiar has made his debut. he decided to drop in on friday sept 12, 2008 at 9:26pm. he was 7.5 lbs and 20 3/4 " long. healthy with all his bits and pieces in place. we are all doing well, adjusting to life with a new little guy. he is doing well- eating and sleeping good, actually sleeps more than anything which is something we do not exactly remember max doing. max is doing well, VERY EXCITED but well. here are a couple of pics from the hospital and the last week.....

update on life

well it's been quite sometime since i posted so there is ALOT to get in..
first of all we have the arrival of jacoby. he entered the world on 6/19 after making his mom and dad wait awhile. he is doing well and so are bri and milt. max has definitely decided he likes him but keeps asking when he is going to stop visiting. max is under the impression that babies come out of mouth's, so he was asking bri when she was going to make her mouth bigger and jacoby go back. it's pretty funny actually!


we also had a wedding. uncle donald got married a couple of weekends ago, it was a very nice wedding. all the cousins got to hang out, which was cool. here is a couple pics with everyone.... this one was almost everyone....

and here are the twins, gage and grace-they are almost 6 months old now and sooo stinkin' cute.

we were able to go to florida in april. we went with mom and dad and had a great time. max was awesome. we took about two hundred pictures but here are a couple..

first time max got to meet mickey. he got to see him a couple of times. he liked all the characters, except the girls. he made me take pictures with the girls.
max got to ride in the front of the monorail, it was mark's first time in the front too! they were very excited.
the infamous tea cups...he loved all the fast rides, the speedway, the roller coasters, etc. he got to be in a parade down main st in magic kingdom. it was pretty cool. we have video of him and i marching down main st. it was funny, because by the end he left me hanging out with chip and dale alone waving flags around.
max on one of the resort water slides. he was a maniac on them, hit everyone available.

everything else is going well. we got news today that mark's cousin becky is getting lungs. she is going in today so we are all pulling for her.

i have been doing well, about 7 months along and still going..... due date is 9/24. i'll try to update more frequently.

the last month or so...

well it has been a busy month, but good. lots of stuff going on around here and much more coming up so i will catch up and preview the next few weeks.

first off we had easter and of course we had an egg hunt and egg coloring. the egg coloring started w/ pink allover the table, floor and mark's sneakers. bet you can't guess how that happened.... i wonder who could have been responsible for that!!! they ended up looking pretty good in the end!


max had a great time with the easter egg hunt, but got bored pretty quickly. i think mem over did the eggs (she had 46 of them)! he has been sporting a new spiky do, you can't see it very well, but its there and he gets quite protective of it at times.

another new adventure has been going to mickel donald's ( as quoted by max). he just loves going to play with all the kids. so i happened to have my camera and he decided he wanted a pic w/ ronald, so here it is...

this past weekend, mark and i attended a benefit for his cousin, becky. she is currently in pittsburgh, pa awaiting a double lung transplant. bek was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis a few years back and has been fighting her way through. she is doing well now. we get to talk to here frequently via web cam, so it feels like she is still home. the benefit raised some money to help with the financial hardship, bek and her husband kerry are down there waiting, so things continue to be needed here at home. if anyone would like to help out, just drop me a line and i'll let you know where a donation can be made. this pic of bek with mark is one of my favorites of bek. it was taken at mis and justins wedding almost 4 years ago!!!! her smile says it all!

on an update note. bri is doing well and getting big, she won't let me take pictures of her so i don't have any of "the belly', but her shower is this weekend and she won't be able to avoid me all day so i'll have some up soon. jacoby will be arriving in about 2 months....

i have been feeling good. for anyone that might not know yet, mark and i are expecting another bundle of joy. we found out it is a little boy and he will be joining us in september... max is very excited and wants to know when he is going to come out of my mouth!!! i'll keep everyone updated as we go.
