We have suffered another loss this past week. This is my
memere, Jackie and she passed away on October 29 after a battle with stomach cancer. She was diagnosed this past February and tried to beat it with everything she had. She was quite a gal. For any of you who met her, you know she did not dance around things. She would tell you like it is, if you liked it or not. She loved to dance, sew, any kind of craft she could get her hands on and she owned any "new" thing on the market to fix stuff. She enjoyed old music, big band, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra to name a few. She was also the lonely Yankee fan in the family and we never let her forget it. We know she has been cursing since her passing since the
Sox won the World Series or maybe she made it happen to give us all a reason to smile that day. She passed away with peace in the company of her family. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her and she will be remembered always with a smile.
